Rule-flexibility guide

Best prop firms with no consistency rule

Consistency rules shape payout eligibility for aggressive or concentrated strategies. This page lists only account types at firms that publish, in their own words, that no consistency rule applies — not merely firms we hold no figure for.

Buyer guide

What a consistency rule really means

What the rule does

A consistency rule caps how much of your total profit can come from a single day. A 30% consistency rule, for example, means no one day may account for more than 30% of your total gains before payout. This favors repeatable gains over one oversized session.

This page lists account types at firms that state on their own pages that no consistency rule applies, which suits traders whose edge is concentrated in a few strong days. A firm we simply have no figure for does not qualify — silence is not a guarantee.

No consistency rule is one filter

Removing the consistency requirement leaves the drawdown, daily loss limit, minimum trading days, scaling caps, and payout-frequency rules in place. Use this as one filter in a larger checklist.

Verify on the plan's own terms

Firms add, remove, and reword consistency rules regularly, and they sometimes apply only during the funded phase rather than the evaluation. FirmFax records what public terms show at review time, but review the current rule on the firm page, especially if a concentrated strategy is the whole reason you are here.

How to use this page

Rank first, then review the firm page.

The table separates master firm quality from account-specific grading. Use the review page to inspect plan rules, then open the current offer link when you are ready to leave FirmFax.

Does no consistency rule mean payouts are easy?

The account can still have drawdown, daily loss, minimum trading day, scaling, lot-size, or payout-frequency restrictions. Use this as a filter, then compare the full route.

Why show account types instead of firms?

Consistency rules can vary by plan. Account-specific scoring prevents a flexible plan and a restrictive plan from being blended together.

Why do firms use consistency rules at all?

Consistency rules discourage passing on a single oversized, high-variance day and push toward repeatable performance. They can also delay payouts for legitimate strategies whose profit is naturally lumpy.

Does no consistency rule mean I can risk everything on one day?

No-consistency routes still have drawdown, daily loss, and funded-stage rules. The absence of a consistency rule only removes one specific constraint.
