This board's lowest figure is $22. The real cost may be higher: the price is for the plan's smallest account, not its $250,000 account; any activation fee is not included.

250K prop firm accounts
Every prop firm FirmFax tracks that sells a 250K ($250,000) account, ranked by cost to a clean pass, counting the entry price and only the fees we show, across a range of prices. A total marked “At least” leaves something out, and the note under it says what. Drawdown and profit target below are the real dollar figures for the 250K size, not a generic plan average.

Cost to funded is the entry price plus any activation fee we show, for one clean pass. “At least” means the total is a lower bound, not a price. “From price”: the firm's advertised figure belongs to its smallest account, not this size. “Fee not included”: this total adds no activation fee for this plan, either because we have not recorded one or because we do not show that fee on this site. Recurring charges — monthly activation, platform and market-data fees — are not modelled here at all; check them at the firm.

Figures come from the 250K account types tracked above and update as the data changes. Cost figures count the entry price plus any activation fee we show, and “At least” is shown where the price on record belongs to a smaller balance or a fee is not included. Always review the current price and rules on the firm’s own site before choosing an account.

How to choose a 250K prop firm account
Look past the entry price
A 250K evaluation's advertised price is the entry ticket. Activation fees to open the funded account — sometimes billed monthly — and reset fees after a restart decide the real bill. This page sorts by cost to a clean pass, counting only the fees we show, and marks a total “At least” where a fee is not included, so check any such fee on the firm's own site.
Where a firm publishes one price "from" for a whole range of balances, that figure belongs to its smallest account, and the Cost to funded column marks it "At least" rather than presenting it as the 250K price. A "from" price is the lowest the firm charges, so treat it as the least you could pay and confirm the 250K price on the firm's own checkout.
What the 250K drawdown really means
At $250,000, the difference between a static and a trailing drawdown is worth real money. The Drawdown column shows the dollar loss limit for the 250K size specifically, and the score weights a static or end-of-day-trailing model above an intraday trail, because an intraday trail on a 250K account can end your evaluation on an open-trade spike you never closed into.
Match the size to your risk, then to your wallet
A bigger balance gives more buying power and a bigger drawdown to manage. If you are still proving consistency, a cheaper smaller account you can afford to reset may fit better than a 250K account you can only fund once. Weigh each account's score against its cost to funded before you commit.

What is the cheapest 250K prop firm account?
We cannot quote a complete 250K cost to a clean pass here: every total on this list is marked “At least”, because it leaves out a fee or uses a price from a smaller balance. The lowest figure is $22, and the note under each total says what it leaves out.
Does a 250K account cost more than a smaller one?
Usually, yes — a larger balance carries a higher evaluation price and a larger drawdown to defend. Whether it is worth it depends on your position size and how confident you are of passing on the first attempt.
How is the 250K drawdown calculated?
The Drawdown column is the maximum loss in dollars for the 250K size as published by each firm, and the drawdown type (static, end-of-day trailing, or intraday trailing) shows how that limit moves as your balance grows.
Why is a watch-status firm on this list?
A firm can appear when it offers this size. Watch or review status is reflected in the score and labelled on its row so you can open the firm review before choosing an account.
